Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience including knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Capability to stand for eight-hour shifts
- Ability to work indoors with hard and carpeted surfaces
- Willingness to work in exposure to cold and heat conditions
Job Qualifications

- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma
- Any other combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities
Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning all bath/kitchen areas, cleaning floors by vacuuming or washing, removing trash from guest rooms, dusting and polishing all guest room furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows, doors, and removing trash from surrounding outside areas
- Ensure all areas of the hotel meet company standards even if not specifically assigned
- Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure quality cleanliness and presentation
- Notify supervisor immediately of any safety, security violations or guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Always maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
