Job Duties

  • Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas and other designated areas
  • Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
  • Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly and helpful
  • Adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs
  • Respect residents' rights and privacy
  • Complete work without constant supervision by demonstrating personal initiative
  • Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
  • Present a neat and clean appearance
