Job Duties
- Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas and other designated areas
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly and helpful
- Adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs
- Respect residents' rights and privacy
- Complete work without constant supervision by demonstrating personal initiative
- Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Present a neat and clean appearance
