Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping cleaning or a similar role
- detail-oriented and able to create spotless spaces
- self-motivated and able to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- friendly and approachable with excellent service skills
- reliable and consistent in completing tasks on time and to the highest standard
- comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies
- able to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers restrooms and laundry rooms
- clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents ensuring they meet high standards
- perform daily weekly and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed
- restock supplies and report inventory needs
- inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean organized and in good repair
- report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment
- assist with special projects or community events as needed
