Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping cleaning or a similar role
  • detail-oriented and able to create spotless spaces
  • self-motivated and able to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
  • friendly and approachable with excellent service skills
  • reliable and consistent in completing tasks on time and to the highest standard
  • comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies
  • able to follow safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers restrooms and laundry rooms
  • clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents ensuring they meet high standards
  • perform daily weekly and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed
  • restock supplies and report inventory needs
  • inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean organized and in good repair
  • report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
  • follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment
  • assist with special projects or community events as needed
