Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years housekeeping experience
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending and twisting
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to use hands to handle, control or feel objects and tools
- Ability to communicate with team members
- Ability to work in small spaces and elevated areas
- May be exposed to cleaning chemicals
- Willingness to work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Service, cleans and restock supplies in restrooms
- Gather and empty trash
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications
- Strip, seal, finish and polish floors as needed
- Notify maintenance manager concerning the need for repairs
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors as needed
- Steam-clean or shampoo carpets and remove stains
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
