Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers restrooms and laundry rooms
- clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents ensuring they meet high standards
- perform daily weekly and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed
- restock supplies and report inventory needs
- inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean organized and in good repair
- report maintenance or repair issues promptly to maintenance supervisor or property manager
- follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment
- assist with special projects or community events as needed
