  • experience in housekeeping cleaning or a similar role
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • reliable and punctual
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers restrooms and laundry rooms
  • clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents ensuring they meet high standards
  • perform daily weekly and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed
  • restock supplies and report inventory needs
  • inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean organized and in good repair
  • report maintenance or repair issues promptly to maintenance supervisor or property manager
  • follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment
  • assist with special projects or community events as needed
