Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
- manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
- ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors and floors
- vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard surface floors
- dust furniture fixtures and equipment
- empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- clean windows glass surfaces and mirrors
- wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles light switches and handrails
- complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- maintain consistent quality standards for all cleaning activities
- follow all safety protocols and procedures
- demonstrate professional behavior and positive attitude
- maintain confidentiality and respect for facility property
- restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor
- maintain cleaning supply inventory and equipment
- perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed
- clean kitchen and break room areas including appliances and countertops
- maintain lobby and reception areas to company standards
- perform seasonal cleaning tasks such as washing walls and cleaning light fixtures
- handle spill cleanup and emergency cleaning situations
