Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand walk bend and reach for extended periods
  • manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment
  • ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors and floors
  • vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard surface floors
  • dust furniture fixtures and equipment
  • empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • clean windows glass surfaces and mirrors
  • wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles light switches and handrails
  • complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
  • maintain consistent quality standards for all cleaning activities
  • follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • demonstrate professional behavior and positive attitude
  • maintain confidentiality and respect for facility property
  • restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
  • report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor
  • maintain cleaning supply inventory and equipment
  • perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned
  • set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed
  • clean kitchen and break room areas including appliances and countertops
  • maintain lobby and reception areas to company standards
  • perform seasonal cleaning tasks such as washing walls and cleaning light fixtures
  • handle spill cleanup and emergency cleaning situations
