Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
- ability to work full time non-exempt
- reliable transportation to travel between locations
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting standing and walking for extended periods
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial services preferred
- ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable transportation between worksites
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize assigned areas including mopping dusting trash removal locker rooms to include toilets showers sinks
- complete duties related to window washing meeting setup grounds keeping laundry and other maintenance responsibilities
- operate motorized and non-motorized cleaning equipment
- record and report needed repairs and perform repairs as directed
- ensure building and property security during shift and report incidents hazardous conditions to supervisor
- replace soap paper towels and other supplies
- set up furniture for events and assure supplies are stocked and ready for use
- perform all other maintenance housekeeping duties requested by supervisor at both locations
