Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- possession of current, valid driver's license
- access to a working home telephone for business contact
- ability to work varied schedules under diverse conditions
- physical ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
- willingness to obtain certifications necessary for job functions
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to interact courteously with guests and staff

Job Duties
- sweeps, mops, seals, waxes, and polishes floors
- washes walls, woodwork, and windows
- vacuums carpets and removes stains
- dusts furniture
- prepares function space for meetings including moving furniture
- cleans and polishes restrooms
- assists in setting tables, chairs, and other equipment for events as needed
- does painting, equipment repair and general maintenance as directed
- maintains public areas, parking lots, loading docks, service corridors, and storage rooms in a clean, safe and efficient manner
- is familiar with custodial procedures including, MSDS, equipment, proper usage of chemicals and proper personal protective equipment as applicable
