Job Requirements
- minimum 1-year housekeeping experience
- knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- capability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- willingness to work indoors on hard and carpeted surfaces and exposure to extreme weather conditions
- flexibility to work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications

- high school diploma or equivalent education and experience

Job Duties
- maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning bath and kitchen areas, cleaning floors by vacuuming or washing, removing trash from guest rooms, and dusting and polishing all furnishings
- maintain outside room appearance by cleaning sliding doors, a/c grills, doors, windows, and removing trash from surrounding outside areas
- ensure all hotel areas meet company standards even if not directly assigned
- visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
- notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations and guest concerns
- operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- maintain superior customer service during guest interactions
