Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
- physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time up to 8 hours
- physically able to utilize stairs as needed
- previous experience cleaning preferred
- ability to assist customers and guests when needed
- pays attention to detail when cleaning
- organized and able to follow a schedule
- ability to follow verbal directions and assist the team with daily tasks
- must be available to work rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
- previous experience cleaning preferred
- ability to assist customers and guests

- must be available to work rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- perform general vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors in guest rooms and common areas
- manage vacuuming equipment including carpets and stain treatments
- dispose of trash from bins and containers
- dust and polish furniture and room accessories
- scrub sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- change linens and gather used linens for laundering
- wash, dry, and fold linens
- clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters
- keep all public spaces neat and tidy
- clean guest rooms within allotted time
- respond to guest service or product requests in timely manner
- report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
