Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
- good knowledge of standard operating procedures and housekeeping techniques
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform tasks requiring balance, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- visual ability including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
- ability to stand for eight-hour shifts
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather
- flexible schedule availability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience with knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques
- high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- physical ability to meet job demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- clean floors by vacuuming or washing
- remove all trash from guest rooms
- dust and polish all guest room furnishings
- maintain outside room appearance by cleaning sliding doors, air conditioning grills, doors, windows, and removing trash from surrounding outside areas
- ensure all areas of the hotel meet company standards, even if not specifically assigned
- visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for quality in cleanliness and presentation
- notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations and guest concerns
- operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- notify head housekeeper or supervisor when rooms are ready
- maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
