Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Ability to lift 40 plus pounds
- Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 250 pounds
- Experience with vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping
- Experience washing and folding laundry
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to listen to constructive feedback and apply it forward

Job Duties
- Utilizing established daily checklists to maintain a clean and sanitized club space
- Proactively work to ensure club spaces including studio, tennis courts, fitness floor, cafe, locker rooms and other specified areas are kept clean and orderly
- Assist with laundry operations by loading washers and dryers, folding towels and handling laundry tasks
- Maintain an organized and tidy supply area and closet
- Responsible for overall indoor and outdoor club cleanliness
- Empty trash and towel bins, perform high dusting, clean windows, and mop floors
- Demonstrate thoroughness, attention to detail, flexibility, customer service skills, and persistence in tasks
