Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience that includes possessing good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school diploma
- Any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning bath/kitchen areas, floors, removing trash, dusting and polishing furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance by cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows, and removing trash from outside areas
- Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards regardless of room assignment
- Visually inspect guest rooms, public and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
- Notify supervisor immediately of safety/security violations and guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock supplies on housekeeping cart
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor when rooms are ready
- Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
