Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience that includes possessing good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school diploma
  • Any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Minimum of one year housekeeping experience including knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Job Duties

  • Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning bath/kitchen areas, floors, removing trash, dusting and polishing furnishings
  • Maintain outside room appearance by cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows, and removing trash from outside areas
  • Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards regardless of room assignment
  • Visually inspect guest rooms, public and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
  • Notify supervisor immediately of safety/security violations and guest concerns
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and restock supplies on housekeeping cart
  • Notify head housekeeper or supervisor when rooms are ready
  • Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
