Job Duties
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings
- Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel’s lost and found procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
