This position is within the headquarters office of an established organization, where maintaining a pristine and welcoming office environment is paramount. As an integral part of the facility management team, the Housekeeping role supports the daily operations by ensuring all interior spaces are clean, organized, and sanitary. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work Monday-Friday during assigned shift
- Capability to work independently

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of executive offices and suites
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas, hallways, and conference rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of breakrooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of reception and lobby areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to defined cleaning schedules
- Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials as needed
- Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
- Report maintenance issues, repair needs, or supply shortages promptly
- Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas organized and safe
- Ensure confidentiality when working in or around executive offices and private spaces
- Provide professional, courteous interactions with staff and visitors
- Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or event preparation
