- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents ensuring they meet high standards
- Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs
- Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair
- Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment
- Assist with special projects or community events as needed
