Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- availability to work full-time including every other weekend and rotating holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
- dependability and strong work ethic
- ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- clean resident rooms and common areas
- keep spaces safe, fresh, and inviting
- provide a friendly presence around residents
- follow safety and sanitation protocols
- support the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards
- report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- assist with holiday and weekend rotating schedules
