Job Requirements

Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience including knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school diploma
Any combination of education, training or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities

Job Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1-year housekeeping experience with knowledge of housekeeping/laundry procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning bath/kitchen areas
Clean all floors by vacuuming or washing
Remove all trash from guest rooms
Dust and polish all guest room furnishings
Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grill, windows, and removing trash
Ensure all hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards
Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for quality
Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations and guest concerns
Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
