Job Requirements
- must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- reliable transportation to and from work
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties such as lifting and bending
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- performs general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces
- performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
- accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
- maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- maintains resident confidentiality at all times
