Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving furniture as needed
Excellent time management skills and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively

Job Duties

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas including guest rooms restrooms lobbies hallways and common areas
Dust wash and polish furniture and fixtures and vacuum carpets and rugs
Clean and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and dining areas
Change bed linens and towels and ensure proper storage of clean supplies
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
Follow established health and safety guidelines and procedures while performing cleaning tasks
Assist with laundry services as needed including washing folding and distributing linen
Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies
