Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving furniture as needed
- Excellent time management skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas including guest rooms restrooms lobbies hallways and common areas
- Dust wash and polish furniture and fixtures and vacuum carpets and rugs
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and dining areas
- Change bed linens and towels and ensure proper storage of clean supplies
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Follow established health and safety guidelines and procedures while performing cleaning tasks
- Assist with laundry services as needed including washing folding and distributing linen
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to company policies
