Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year housekeeping experience including knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- Equivalent combination of education and experience to a high school diploma
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Capacity to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to stand for eight-hour shifts
- Willingness to work indoors on hard and carpeted surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme cold and heat conditions

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning bath and kitchen areas, vacuuming or washing floors, removing trash, dusting and polishing furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance, including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grill, doors, windows, and removing trash from outside areas
- Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards, even if area is not assigned
- Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
- Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security policy violations and guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
