Job Requirements

  • Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for eight-hour shifts
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to follow safety and security policies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one-year housekeeping experience
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive team environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain guest room cleanliness including bath and kitchen areas
  • Clean all floors by vacuuming or washing
  • Remove all trash from guest rooms and outside areas
  • Dust and polish all guest room furnishings
  • Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows
  • Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards
  • Visually inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation
  • Notify supervisor of any safety or security violations
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and restock supplies
  • Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
  • Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
