Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the shift
Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Must adhere to company dress code and look neat, clean and professional
Must be self-motivated and disciplined
Must communicate early and effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Self-motivated and disciplined
Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety procedures
Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance practices
Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
Safely and correctly operate all equipment
Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Control costs by managing inventory and avoiding overstocking or waste
Clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, drains, windows, lamps, mirrors, light fixtures, wood floors and walls, tile and carpets
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas including restocking supplies
Dust, polish, and maintain various fixtures including brass plates, rails, hardware, ceiling fans, air intakes, HVAC vents, mats, and trash cans
Clean and maintain back dock area and maintenance storage areas
Assist other team members as needed
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative and positive work environment
Be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Dress according to guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
