Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insured automobile or reliable car
- Must possess a Social Security card
- Must have a bank account for direct deposit
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to perform physical movements throughout the workday
- Good attitude and team player mindset
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays after 90 days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stretching
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding customer service and cleaning standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Attend scheduled training and team meetings
