Job Requirements

ability to understand basic instructions in English
reliable and punctual
ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work including stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 35 lbs
must be able to operate cleaning equipment
willingness to follow safety procedures
ability to work Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
ability to interact effectively with elderly residents

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
ability to follow written and verbal instructions
strong interpersonal and communication skills
self-motivated and reliable
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

vacuum residential living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms
dust and mop floors
clean bathrooms and public common areas
maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
assist with laundry as needed
adhere to safety and cleaning protocols
interact courteously with residents
