Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Ability to push, pull, stand/walk on hard floors, bend, reach overhead
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am
- Must complete additional documentation for background check if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
- Experience using cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic physical fitness to perform job-related tasks
Job Duties
- General restroom cleanings including sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning glass/windows/doors/sinks/faucets/stainless/stall walls/doors, restocking paper products and chemicals, maintaining cleanliness of all assigned areas in a set daily routine and timely manner
- Safe use of chemicals and completion of any other assigned tasks on a daily check sheet or by the supervisor
- Follow an area assigned check list, maintain a consistent and safe cleaning routine and follow standards set up in the housekeeping manuals, MSDS logs and any other documents trained on or assigned to
- Lift up to 40 lbs on a daily basis and complete assigned tasks
- Work with little supervision on a daily basis and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, standing/walking on hard floors, bending, and reaching overhead
