Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Current CPR certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all gym equipment
- Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office spaces and assigned gym areas
- Clean, mop, scrub, polish, and disinfect all bathroom areas as needed
- Maintain a sufficient supply of materials such as towels, tissue, and soap in all assigned bathrooms
- Empty trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas and overall gym throughout the day
- Keep floor areas safe, clean, and orderly
- Observe equipment for potential safety hazards
