Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
- Maintain community and regulatory standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Provide friendly and approachable service to residents, staff, and guests
- Adapt to changing resident needs with flexibility and respect
- Report resident concerns to management promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Present a neat and clean appearance while on duty
