Job Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing, walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending
occasional climbing
must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
primary work hours are 8hr shifts, w/30 min required lunch, Monday-Friday
must be able to stay late or work OT as required unless pre-approved by your Manager

ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
ability to work in a team environment
1 year of experience in housekeeping (strongly preferred)
1 or more years of customer service experience

Job Duties

Receives assignments from the manager and prioritizes requests
stocks and maintains housekeeping supplies to ensure you have what you need for each coach bus readily available
replenishes toiletries as needed
removes soiled linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from each assigned room/bunk and provides fresh replacements
neatly makes beds and stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels according to policies
cleans and disinfects bathrooms, showers, counter-tops, bunks and sinks
dusts, polishes and wipes all surfaces and cleans mirrors
sweeps, mops, vacuums floors and removes trash
ensures laundry is washed, dried and folded
dispose of trash and replace liners
clean and disinfect inside drawers and cabinets
clean out and disinfect the refrigerator, freezer and microwave including inside the door seals
verify that everything functions properly and notifies the maintenance department of needed maintenance or repairs such as changing light bulbs, and safety concerns
turns in found/left-behind items to the Manager
maintains a professional demeanor while communicating with other employees
assist in training new hires
drive a golf cart and/or van on company premises
