Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
reliable and punctual
attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Highly organized
must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 20 pounds
strong guest service skills
must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented
ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers

Job Duties

Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed
delivers items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, supplies and responds to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
reports and delivers lost and found items to the appropriate office/department
works in a team environment and assists and supports all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests
