Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Highly organized
  • must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 20 pounds

  • must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented
  • ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
  • replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
  • cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed
  • delivers items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, supplies and responds to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • reports and delivers lost and found items to the appropriate office/department
  • works in a team environment and assists and supports all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests
