Job Requirements

Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
Willingness to work in indoor environments with hard and carpeted surfaces
Capability to perform physical activities like stooping, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
Ability to meet vision requirements including close, distance and peripheral vision
Commitment to maintain company cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience including knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to provide superior customer service and maintain professionalism
Capable of operating cleaning equipment and handling cleaning supplies responsibly
Good observational skills for inspecting cleanliness and reporting issues

Job Duties

Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning bath and kitchen areas, clean floors by vacuuming or washing, remove trash from guest rooms, dust and polish guest room furnishings
Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, windows, and removing trash from outside areas
Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards regardless of assignment
Visually inspect guest rooms, public areas and service areas for cleanliness and presentation
Notify supervisor immediately of safety or security violations and guest concerns
Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
Always maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
