Job Description

Our senior living community, operated by The Pennant Group, Inc., is a compassionate and dedicated establishment committed to enhancing the lives of our residents, their families, and the broader community. As part of a network of independent subsidiaries specializing in healthcare services through home health, hospice agencies, and senior living communities across the United States, our community embodies core values designed to foster a supportive and enriching environment. These core values, succinctly represented by the acronym CAPLICO, include Celebration, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Customer Second (Employee First), and Ownership. We believe these principles guide our team towards delivering exceptional care and services that truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team of devoted professionals who thrive on contributing meaningfully to our mission. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our community environment, which directly supports the well-being and satisfaction of our residents. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks across various areas, including resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas. Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control are critical components of this role. Additionally, this position requires a positive customer service attitude, adaptability to changing resident needs, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with management and fellow team members.

As a Housekeeper in our senior living community, you will play a pivotal role not only in maintaining the physical environment but also in enhancing the overall living experience for residents. You will be the friendly, approachable face of cleanliness and care, ensuring that all spaces meet our high standards and that residents feel comfortable and valued. Your work will support the community’s mission to foster a warm, dignified, and respectful atmosphere where residents’ rights are honored and their individual needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

This opportunity offers a chance to be part of an organization that values each employee as its most important asset, reflected in our customer second, employee first philosophy. Whether you are just beginning your career or have previous experience in housekeeping, you will find that this role provides meaningful work with real impact, supported by a team that values initiative, reliability, and respect. We encourage those who align with our CAPLICO core values and who possess the required skills and commitment to apply and become part of our community dedicated to excellence in senior living care.
