- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- pass background screening as mandated by Florida law

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
- perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- ensure laundry services are completed efficiently and according to community standards
- follow safety and health regulations to promote a safe environment for residents and staff
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- assist with special cleaning projects as needed to uphold the community's high standards of cleanliness
