Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- willingness to comply with background checks, TB testing, and drug screenings
- reliable and punctual
- respectful and friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
- ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety and health standards
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- respond promptly to special cleaning requests from residents or staff
- follow established procedures for waste disposal and infection control
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
