Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Basic skills in laundry management and household chores such as cooking are a plus
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of the property
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous service quality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
