Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning guest rooms
- ability to stand walk and bend for extended periods
- basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- good customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- maintaining security of equipment key and supplies issued
- reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
- responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
