Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
  • Ability to lift moderate items and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Effective communication skills in the workplace’s primary language
  • Willingness to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of assigned guest rooms
  • Ensure guest rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
  • Interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and hotel policies
  • Assist with laundry and linen handling as required
  • Support other housekeeping team members when needed
