Job Qualifications

- prior experience in hospitality cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills

- basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
- ensure all amenities are replenished according to hotel standards
- perform thorough cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- report any maintenance issues or damages observed in guest rooms
- collaborate with housekeeping team members to ensure timely room readiness
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to room servicing
