Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage politely with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Job Duties
- Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
- Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and managing room products
- Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies and amenities
- Wearing Team Member apparel designed for functionality and comfort
- Stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
- Supporting the Hilton mission by delivering outstanding hospitality
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards within all assigned areas
