Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to walk considerable distances and perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and carrying moderate weights
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean guests rooms daily ensuring all areas are completed in the designated timeframe
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met
