Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
- Ensure all rooms meet Hyatt’s quality and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and inquiries
- Restock supplies and amenities as needed
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to meet daily room cleaning targets
- Assist with luggage handling or other guest services as required
