Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate with guests
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Willingness to follow all hotel policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Flexible to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- Ensure rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
- Respond to guest requests professionally
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues
- Follow all health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff
