Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Physical stamina and mobility for cleaning tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Previous experience in housekeeping in a hospitality setting is preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance issues observed in guest rooms
  • Assist with deep cleaning and special projects when requested
