Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical stamina and mobility for cleaning tasks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a hospitality setting is preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues observed in guest rooms
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects when requested
