Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning or housekeeping experience
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- reliable transportation or accessibility to the hotel
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- physically able to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently
- replace linens, towels, and amenities
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- communicate politely and effectively with guests when encountered
- restock housekeeping carts
- ensure all cleaning supplies are used according to safety guidelines
- maintain cleanliness in public areas when needed
