Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning experience preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and AM or PM shifts
- willingness to adhere to Hyatt hospitality standards

- previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests

Job Duties
- maintaining cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- ensuring rooms meet hotel standards of hygiene and presentation
- replenishing guest room amenities
- reporting maintenance issues and lost and found items
- communicating effectively with guests and team members
- following safety and sanitation policies
- assisting with inventory management
