Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to Hyatt brand standards
- make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities
- dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms, surfaces, and fixtures
- inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost-and-found items, and report them promptly
- restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are neatly organized
- follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures in compliance with hotel and DFW Airport regulations
- assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
- respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries
- collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent quality and timely service delivery
