Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule for shifts from 8 AM to 4:30 PM Sunday-Saturday including holidays and weekends
- Must have physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a hospitality setting is preferred

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to Hyatt brand standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms, surfaces, and fixtures
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost-and-found items, and report them promptly
- Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are neatly organized
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures in compliance with hotel and DFW Airport regulations
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests and inquiries
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent quality and timely service delivery
