Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning or housekeeping experience
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to lift and move objects up to moderate weight
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests
- capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weights
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to Hyatt standards
- restock room supplies and amenities
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines
- assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
