Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and hotel standards

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently
  • Make beds and change linens according to hotel standards
  • Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room surfaces
  • Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries and beverages
  • Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
  • Maintain communication with guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Adhere to safety and cleanliness protocols set by the hotel
