Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- relevant work experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and maneuver housekeeping equipment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- flexibility to work various shifts
- commitment to maintaining Hilton’s standards of cleanliness and guest service
- adherence to health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
- interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their stay
- stock, organize, and transport housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
- maintain ownership and care of the room product to ensure high standards
- wear provided Team Member apparel designed for comfort and function
- contribute actively to Hilton’s mission of hospitality and guest satisfaction
