Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • relevant work experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and maneuver housekeeping equipment
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • commitment to maintaining Hilton’s standards of cleanliness and guest service
  • adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • change and replenish bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
  • interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their stay
  • stock, organize, and transport housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
  • maintain ownership and care of the room product to ensure high standards
  • wear provided Team Member apparel designed for comfort and function
  • contribute actively to Hilton’s mission of hospitality and guest satisfaction
